I started sewing at the age of 7, making doll clothes on a treadle machine.  Thus started my love of creating beautiful things with fabric and thread. 

I love teaching others the “art” of sewing and embroidery.

When not caring for my 5 children and husband, I also Live & work on a dairy farm in Central Minnesota "holdingford". I have been teaching Sewing and Embroidery classes at Rocking  Horse Farm (Carole’s Country Knits) for about 6 years, where we also hold a Multi day sewing and embroidery camp every July.

I also work part-time teaching classes at Associated Sewing in St. Cloud, MN and in the surrounding area.
